Once upon a time the internet was a simple place to get ranked in. Pre Google you have Lycos, Yahoo & Msn. All you had to do was throw up a domain fill the page with the keywords you wish to rank for, and I mean over stuff the page, then the search sites would blindly send you hordes of traffic.
